After early morning harvesting of grapes, the whole berries were cold soaked for 24 hours in the cellar.

which 10% was new and the balance 2nd and 3rd fill.
Winemaker’s Comments
This purple-red wine features some delicate hints of vanilla (from the oak) and a rich earthy and
leathery nose. The flavours follow through on the palate to a lingering and long finish. The wine has great
complexity with a delicate integration of the oak, which give the wine extra dimension.
