BON COURAGE ESTATE WINES
These wines are at the heart of Bon Courage Estate, identified by their elegance, consistency and intense fruit flavours. The range is wide due to the diversity of terroir that characterises the estate. Three separate rivers run through the vineyards, depositing different soil types to match the ideal growing requirements of the various grape varietals.
INKARA (Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon & Pinot Noir)
These premium reds are the brainchild of winemaker Jacques Bruwer. Fruit from selected single vineyards, handpicked grapes and a very personal cellar care, combine to make these wines an outstanding addition to any discerning wine connoisseur’s cellar. The Inkará brand is derived from the names of the winemaker’s three children – Inge, Karli and André – a tribute to the fourth generation of Bruwers on the estate.
CAP CLASSIQUE JACQUES BRUÉRE
Bon Courage produces some of South Africa’s top Cap Clasiques and is handmade from beginning to end. All Cap Classiques are made by the traditional ”Champagne” method and are only released after three years of careful cellar maturation. Bon Courage Cap Classiques are offered in a traditional Chardonnay / Pinot Noir blend or as a 100% Chardonnay variety.
