Vinification

Skin maceration took place while the wine was racked several times. This was done until the wine required a specific and delicate nose and taste. The wine was there after fortified with spirits.

Winemaker’s Comments

Rich and gold in colour with an intense Muscat and raison bouquet, all confirmed on the palate. A well balanced dessert wine with a lingering aftertaste. Enjoy all year round, lightly chilled or with crushed ice.
