Vinification
Pinotage had three hours skin contact to obtain ideal colour. The wine was fermented cold. Fermentation stopped at 12 g/l. The residual sugar balances the natural acids in the wines. The wine was then filtered and bottled.
Winemaker’s comments
This attractive rose petal coloured, semi-sweet wine is loaded with strawberries and red berries on the nose and palate with soft tones of candy floss which makes it a perfectly balanced and easy-drinking wine. Excellent with light meals such as chicken and fish.
