Botrytis infected bunches were handpicked. The grapes had 24 hour skin contact. Free running juice and
press must fermented in stainless steel tanks till 21 B and was then stopped via filtration. A second
filtration was done 3 weeks later.
An elegant desert wine with hints of honey and fragrances of peach and apricots.
